Silhouette Sunglasses

Silhouette eyewear was first developed in 1964 when Anneliese and Arnold Schmied were already making eyeglasses, but started to add style and design to the frame for their customers. Immediately they were successful and their eyewear was much sought after. From the beginning, Silhouette sunglasses were sold across Europe and 1970 the Silhouette eyewear was being sold in the US and South East Asia also.

Silhouette sunglasses are high end, and are also protected from UV radiation; making Silhouette eyewear beautifully, simple and effective.

The sunglass line includes four models that are rimless, with either rectangular, round or oval lenses.

Silhouette takes great pride in providing handmade frames requiring the highest degree of precision craftsmanship. This enables every Silhouette sunglass frame to be highly detailed and every Silhouette frame a masterpiece of its own right.
