Meet the Team!

Team work is a crucial ingredient in guaranteeing patients a caring and professional service. We have always placed great emphasis on the professionalism and commitment of our practice team who contribute significantly to the continued success of the practice. Patient care is our number one priority.

We have experience in all clinical environments and expertise in many specialised areas. All of our staff are well trained, friendly and passionate about the jobs they do.

Ravi Sohal is our resident Optometrist. He graduated from Cardiff University in 2001, and was awarded the title MCOptom by the College of Optometrist in 2002. He is registered with:-

• General Optical Council (GOC)
• Association of Optometrists (AOP)
• British Contact Lens Association (BCLA)
• National Health Service (NHS)

Ravi's training and experience involved working in high street optical practices and within the NHS hospital eye service. He received extensive training in contact lenses, ocular disease and vision correction.

Raji is our Practice Manager and has many years of management experience. She is a bright, bubbly person and an excellent organiser; the glue that holds the team together, leading by example. Aside from ensuring that Eyediology runs smoothly, Raji also loves helping people; assisting you in choosing the right spectacles to suit you best and will always make certain that you are well informed, look great and are comfortable with your choice.

Laura - Bringing a wealth of experience and fresh outlook for what is 'in' right now; whether it be high fashion or a little quirkiness, Laura is on hand to advise you of your choices and make sure you go away happy.

Karen - Likes nothing more than making sure that you get the right pair of frames, tirelessly working to ensure everything suites you down to the ground. With an eye for style Karen is able to help you chose the right frame for any occasion.

Allan - As our in house technical whizz, never happier than when delving into complex optical problem. The adage 'A safe pair of hands...' could have been coined for Allan; any uncertainty about buying glasses, especially if you are a first timer, will be alleviated by his calm demeanour, experience and extensive knowledge.

Ray - The most recent addition to our team, Ray is keen to help and able to assist in getting you and your dream frame to meet. The snappiest of dressers, with an urbane style ideally suited to the City.
